Processing Time
Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 1–7 business days.

We offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most EU countries.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

Order Changes & Failed Deliveries
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled.
If a delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse and a credit will be issued to your account.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

Item-Specific Return Policies

• Dented Box Items: Must be in new condition; eligible for 30-day return.

• Refurbished Items: Covered by a 1-year warranty and eligible for 30-day return.

• Open Box Items: Eligible for return within 30 days; refund only (no exchanges).

Extended Holiday Returns
Items purchased between November 15 and December 23 are eligible for return through January 31 of the following year.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped.
