Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders for in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days and deliver within 1-7 working days.
- Shipping Methods: We use FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Amazon Logistics. Free shipping is available in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and EU countries.
- Restrictions: We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, and may require a signature.
- Order Changes: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. Unsuccessful deliveries will be returned to the warehouse for a credit to your account.
Return Policy
- 30-Day Guarantee: Returns are accepted within 30 days for a full refund, including original shipping charges.

- Dented Box: New condition, 30-day return.
- Refurbished: 1-year warranty, 30-day return.
- Open Box: 30-day refund-only policy.
- Extended Holiday Returns: Purchases from Nov 15 to Dec 23 can be returned until Jan 31 of the following year.
- Order Cancellations: Cannot be canceled after shipping.
- Return Process: Contact support at Support@LitONES.net with order details. Refunds processed within 3-5 working days after receiving the item.
