Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.
  • Please obtain approval by email before sending any item back.

Eligibility

Returnable:

  • New, unused items with full packaging and accessories
  • Defective or damaged-on-arrival items (see below)

Non-returnable:

  • Items past the return window
  • Used, damaged, missing parts, or not in original packaging
  • Gift cards, custom items, clearance/final sale (if marked)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@litones.com.
  2. Include your order number, email address, and reason for return. If damaged/defective, attach photos or video.
  3. Once approved, we will reply with the return address and detailed instructions.

Return shipping policy: Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility; other regions vary.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged/defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and photos/video. We will prioritize a replacement or refund.

Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.
  • Your bank/payment provider may require additional posting time.

To exchange an item, start the process by email and note “exchange”. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
